What a week

A week ago -- let's see.

No deck. No bedroom doors. No bedroom door pockets. Incomplete house wrap. No low siding.

And that's just this side of the house. Elsewhere, soffits fixed. Pocket doors framed. Second floor interior framed. Staircase dormer interior reconfigured. Windows secured. Dormer faces finished. Gas line laid. Pool plumbing OKd. Preliminary framing inspection.

Whew.

But this was the view Saturday, during the hours I was waiting for the HVAC guys, who said they'd be at work, but obviously had other fish to fry. I can understand people having other things to do, but to make appointments (and I won't count how many) and fail even to call is something I will never understand.
